Sunbathers and Beachcombers April 25, 2026

"Sunbathers and Beachcombers" is the title of a photo I made in 2023 while vacationing in Portugal. It was a cool October 29 day and not a person other than me was visible on this beautiful white sand beach. Praia de Altura is on Portugal's southern coast very near the border with Spain. We were just passing through, but Altura with its great seafood restaurants would be an fabulous destination in the off season. Next time ...
